This cute top/dress (depending on how tall you are) has t-shirt-like material and a bit of ruffle on the boot. There are buttons down the front and it has some flow. I wear it with leggings and boots (I'm 5 '10). My shorter girls can wear it as a dress. This runs a bit big so size down if you're down for this outfit.
