This ruffly top is really fun. It goes really well with high-waisted pants, or, if you're cool with a little tummy-showing action, with any bottom you see fit. It is slightly shorter but it looks great on my (almost) 6 foot sister. She wore it with some higher waisted pants and she looked awesome and no belly was showing.
